Candy Sparks has served as the Executive Director of the Crowell Trust in Colorado Springs, for 13 years. She brings together diverse experiences from missions, education, and legal services across various countries. Her 20-year overseas mission work with Youth With a Mission is closely connected with her passion for education, in which she has gained years of experience as a consultant, instructor, and manager of educational systems.
