Elijah M. Brown is the General Secretary and CEO of the Baptist World Alliance (BWA), overseeing 235 member bodies in 130 countries, representing 50 million Baptists. Since assuming his role in January 2018, he has launched several initiatives, including a training program for children and youth workers, a religious freedom and human rights center, and a global Baptist aid network. Rev. Dr. Brown continues to maintain his passion for mobilizing the church to participate in the global mission of God.
