Nadim Costa is the founder and president of NEO Leaders since 2005. He leads and supports a team of 200 staff members and more than 6500 volunteers who serve in 20 countries across Europe and the MENA region. In 2021, he founded SLED International, a humanitarian nonprofit organization. Nadim is married to Julie, and together they are blessed with three children.
